Jung Jun-ho's performance in the series as Song Jaebin gained recognition. In December 2008 MBC Drama Award Ceremony, Jung Jun-ho earned the award for Top Excellence for Actor. Speaking in a melancholy tone when he went up to retrieve his award, Jung Jun-ho expressed his heartfelt thanks to the production crew. Along the same lines, he said Choi Jin-sil comforted him that the ratings of the series would rise once the series finish airing. He really wished to see the smile on Choi Jin-sil's face. Sadly, she is not around anymore. He dedicated his award to Choi Jin-sil. At the award ceremony, Choi Jin-sil was nominated for the award for Top Excellence for Actress and won the award for Best Contribution Award, which Jung Jun-ho retrieved and returned to her when he paid tribute to her in early January 2009. Although Choi Jin-sil was criticized for her exaggerated acting in the first few episodes of the series, she managed to convince her audience and received praise for her performance as the series progressed. Jung Jun-ho's unforgettable experience working with Choi Jin-sil

In one of 2009 Jung Jun-ho's interview, Jung Jun-ho admitted that he was lured into the role by Choi Jin-sil. He initially rejected the invitation to film the series. Choi Jin-sil came to his filming site and personally told him that she wanted to collaborate with him in this series. Touched by her sincerity, Jung Jun-ho accepted the offer to film this series. The first episode of the series received particularly low ratings, far from what Jung Jun-ho and Choi Jin-sil expected. Jung Jun-ho told Choi Jin-sil that he was the one at fault of causing the low ratings. Choi Jin-sil comforted him and told him not to lose hope. She said that we would start from the bottom and eventually climb to the top. Surprisingly, after a few more episodes were broadcast, the ratings of the series began to soar. Jung Jun-ho noted in his interview that this is one of the series he produced that had left him the deepest and unforgettable memories in his acting career, dated December 2009, because of working with Choi Jin-sil and the positive influence she had on the series.[10]

Reflection of Choi Jin-sil's life

In a figurative sense, this series is the "last scandal" or the last series in Choi Jin-sil life. Fans named her as the "Forever Cinderella" due to her housewife image in the series and in My Rosy Life.
